Kit Amidzich is a U.S. Army veteran, entrepreneur, and majority owner of KNS IT Services, LLC, a Wisconsin-based IT contracting firm specializing in structured cabling, low-voltage infrastructure, fiber installation, communication equipment installation, and commercial network buildouts. She leads the company with a focus on operational precision, compliance, and scalable growth within the commercial and government contracting sectors.

For nearly a decade, Kit has supported small businesses and nonprofit organizations through strategic consulting, business plan development, and guidance through the SBA loan process. She has assisted entrepreneurs in building operational roadmaps, financial projections, and lender-ready documentation to secure capital and strengthen long-term sustainability.

She is the recipient of the 2019 Inaugural Women Veteran of Impact Award from the Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs and was named 2nd Runner-Up in the 2018 Ms. Veteran America competition, raising over $15,000 to support homeless women veterans and their children. Appointed by Governor Tony Evers to assist in statewide veteran representation efforts during the U.S. Census, Kit has remained committed to strengthening veteran visibility and economic participation. 

Kit holds a Master of Health Administration (MHA), applying executive leadership, financial stewardship, risk management, and strategic governance principles to the growth of KNS IT Services and the businesses she advises. She is a former Board Member of Wisconsin Fisher House and continues to advocate for veteran families and children’s mental health reform in Wisconsin.
